Your Account is not Correctly Set Up

Issue Description

When creating or managing a case through the FSU Service Center Self Service Higher Education pagelet, an error message is displayed stating "Your account is not correctly set up, because you do not have a Customer defined to your profile."

Cause

After working on cases, navigating to the home page and clicking on the Create New Case link in the Self Service Higher Education pagelet.

Work-Around

Log out of the FSU Service Center and clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Then close and reopen the browser and navigate back to the FSU Service Center.
